4 big eggs or 5 small ones
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
150g butter, soft at room temperature
100g plain full cream yogurt
40g bitter cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
75g dark chocolate, cut into small chunks
2 tablespoons dry roasted hazelnuts, coarsly chopped
2 tablespoons dry roasted pinenuts
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, until the mixture becomes whitish. Add the butter and yogurt. Add the chocolate chunks, hazelnuts and pine nuts. Mix together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and sieve into the mixture.
Put baking sheet into a cake mould and pour the mixture into it.
Bake 40 -45 minutes in oven at 180C.
