double dark chocolate cake

Ingredients:

180g butter, softened at room temperature

50g cocoa (powder)

150 g sugar

120g almond paste

4 eggs

15 cl milk (or soy milk)

80g crushed dark chocolate

1 teaspoon of baking powder

180g flour

Method:

Beat the eggs with the sugar, until the mixture becomes whitish. Add the butter, almond paste and milk. Add the dark chocolate pieces. Mix together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and sieve into the mixture.

Put baking sheet into a cake mould and pour the mixture into it.

Bake for 40 minutes in the oven, pre-heated at 180C.

Note: this recipe is inspired by a cut from a magazine (I kept only the cut, so can-t remember which magazine), itself inspired by a recipe from Pierre Herme.
